✈️ Prototype GR4 Maiden Flight
On this day a prototype Tornado GR4 made its maiden flight at Warton, Lancashire. The GR4 was a mid-life update that significantly upgraded the Tornado. From improved cockpit displays and a wide-angle head up display through to enabling the integration of new weapons and sensors.
