Having seen the RAF versions of these mugs I thought I would ask if a Royal Navy version be possible. Barry came back straight away and was brilliant at suggesting and adjusting before the final version. It was a present for a friend. The finish of the mug is of exceptional quality and worthy of 5 stars. I only gave 4 because I asked for a pilot officer ring but the flying officer ring was used instead. Pilot officer ring is narrower than the F.O. ring.

The mug shows the rank insignia and also the rank and name. However when it arrives you do not see the rank stated merely the name. So, whilst it doesn’t state it, you would need to include the rank and name in the personalised field. Hence the reason that I deducted one star!
However, the mug is of excellent quality, arrived quickly and was well packaged preventing damage whilst in transit. I would certainly purchase again.
