Easy to order, secure payment method.. Clear communication throughout. Arrived promptly. Was well wrapped in protective wrap so was undamaged..Is as described. A good size. My only issue is the fact it has the company logo on it twice quite visibly and prominent. Mine is a gift for someone, so it would be nicer if the logo was on the base and not so visible. Of course this shows their marketing strategy is working. I’m just someone who doesnt like labels. All in all I’d recommend these guys -great customer service with a great product.

My name not added, and RAF Watton on one of the "sides", but Eastern Radar was never a part of RAF Watton. Would have preferred Eastern Radar crest to be on both "sides" of the mug. Good quality mug though :)
