I know you asked me if I wanted a full name or initials to be customised, I use my second Christian name so if I had realised how many spaces where available I would have changed my answer. Instead of Robert Paul Rookledge I would have used Paul Rookledge. My mistake but if I had known how many spaces were available I would have done it differently. Not a criticism but a suggestion. Earlier this year I purchased from you a mug for myself, and was very pleased with it. At the care home where my wife lives is an ex Flight Sergeant who suffers from dementia. He still remembers some of his Service career, and is proud of his work on bomb disposals. So I have ordered and received the mug which bears his rank, name, and the coat of arms of his squadron. A friend's great uncle was shot down and killed in a 76 Sqn Halifax in 1944. In commemoration I'm making a diorama of his aircraft being prepared for a mission, as a present for her.
When I saw the super mugs offered by Four Prop I knew that this would make an ideal additional present.
And I wasn't disappointed! At first I was a bit concerned that fulfilling my order was taking a while. On checking, I was told that Four Prop didn't have a stock 76 Sqn crest so the artist was creating one for my order! I was even given the choice of WWII or post-war crown; what service!
I haven't passed on the mug yet but I know it will hit the spot. A quality product plus super customer service - what's not to like?
