2. The promotion
The RAF Wall Plaque Prize Draw is a free prize draw. No purchase is necessary and buying from Four Prop does not improve your chance of winning. You do not need to sign up to marketing emails to enter.
3. Who can enter
The draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over. Employees of Four Prop, members of their immediate families and anyone else professionally connected with the draw may not enter. We may ask the winner for reasonable proof of age and UK residency before the prize is sent.
4. Entry period
The draw opens at 00:01 (UK time) on Saturday 24 October 2026 and closes at 23:59 GMT on Friday 30 October 2026. Entries received outside this period are not valid. The time of entry is the time it is recorded by our systems, not the time it was sent.
5. How to enter
Complete the entry form at thefourprop.com/pages/raf-wall-plaque-competition with your first name, last name and email address and confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements. Telling us your connection to the RAF is optional. The option to receive The Briefing marketing emails is separate and optional, and does not affect your entry or your chance of winning.
6. One entry per person
Each person may enter once. If you submit more than one entry, only your first valid entry will be included in the draw and further entries will not increase your chance of winning. Entries made in bulk, automatically, through a third party or on someone else's behalf are not valid. We may disqualify anyone we reasonably believe has entered more than once, for example by using different email addresses.
7. The prize
There is one prize: one RAF Wall Plaque featuring the main RAF badge. The plaque is brand new and has not been engraved. It is the exact plaque shown on the competition page, which we photographed for our promotional images. The prize is not personalised, cannot be exchanged for another design from our range, and there is no cash alternative. The prize is not transferable. If the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our control, we will offer a prize of equal or greater value.
8. Delivery
The prize will be delivered free of charge to a UK address provided by the winner, normally within 28 days of the winner confirming their details.
9. How the winner is chosen
On Saturday 31 October 2026 one winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries, either by a computer process that produces verifiably random results or under the supervision of an independent person. Before the draw we will remove test entries, duplicate entries and any entries that do not meet these terms.
10. Winner notification and redraw
We will contact the winner by email, using the address given on their entry, within 7 days of the draw. The winner must reply within 14 days of our email to accept the prize, confirm their eligibility and give a UK delivery address. If the winner does not reply in time, cannot be contacted, is not eligible or declines the prize, the prize will be forfeited and we will draw another winner at random from the remaining valid entries using the same process. That person will have the same 14 days to reply.
11. Publicising the winner
To show that the prize was awarded, we will make the winner's first name, surname initial and county available on request, and may publish them on our website and social media pages, within one month of the draw. If the winner objects to this, they can tell us when they accept the prize; we may still need to give this information to the Advertising Standards Authority if asked. We will not use the winner's photograph or any other publicity about them without their separate agreement.
12. Your personal information
Four Prop Group Limited is the controller of the personal information collected for this draw. We collect your name, email address, your optional RAF connection, your eligibility confirmation, your marketing choice, the time of entry and general information about how you reached the page (such as the website or campaign that referred you). We use it only to run the draw, prevent fraud, contact the winner and send the prize. Entry details are stored using our email service provider, Klaviyo, which processes them on our behalf. If you do not tick the marketing box, we will not send you marketing emails as a result of entering, and we will delete your entry details within 3 months of the draw closing. If you do tick it, we will keep your name and email address to send you The Briefing until you unsubscribe, which you can do at any time using the link in every email. We keep the winner's details for as long as we need them to meet our legal and accounting obligations. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing info@thefourprop.com, and you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). 13. Disqualification
We may disqualify any entry, or withhold the prize, if we reasonably believe the entrant has broken these terms, given false information, entered fraudulently or by automated means, or tried to interfere with the fair running of the draw.
14. Social media
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Entrants release Meta from any liability connected with the promotion. Any questions should be sent to Four Prop, not to Meta.
15. RAF disclaimer
Four Prop Group Limited holds an official licence from the UK Ministry of Defence to produce RAF memorabilia. This prize draw is run by Four Prop. It is not run, sponsored or endorsed by the Royal Air Force or the Ministry of Defence.
16. General
We may change, suspend or cancel the draw if something happens that is beyond our reasonable control and affects its fair operation. If we do, we will tell entrants on this page and act fairly. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. By entering you agree to these terms.
17. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of where you live.
