Slight miscommunication on my part during ordering, but the communication and customer service was exemplary. Product itself is of fantastic quality, well made and is very high standard. Packed in strong packaging for delivery. Item is well worth the cost, it’s made my fellow instructors jealous and is becoming the go to product. Very very pleased. Having seen the RAF versions of these mugs I thought I would ask if a Royal Navy version be possible. Barry came back straight away and was brilliant at suggesting and adjusting before the final version. It was a present for a friend. I ordered 2 of the same and asked if they could be delivered to my friend's address. This Barry did for me . I was so impressed with the service and thoroughly recommend using the service.
